Sanmitra Commercial Ltd — Important, 27-02-2026: Company Update

Tandhan Industries Limited's board approved significant management changes following a successful open offer. Ankit Jalan and Anuj Jalan, with their associates, are now the company's new promoters. Mr. Ankit Jalan was appointed Chairman & Additional MD, Ms. Prachi Jalan as Additional Whole-Time Director, and Mr. Daivik Jalan as Additional Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. Three new Independent Directors also joined. Mr. Pawan Kumar Agarwal is the new CFO, and Ms. Priti Priya Singh is the new Company Secretary. This overhaul follows the resignations of several previous directors and KMPs. The company will also establish a new corporate office in Howrah.
