Power Finance Corporation divested its wholly-owned subsidiary, Saswad Transmission Limited, to Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited for Rs. 3.79 crore. This completes the transfer of the SPV established for the 400/220 kV AIS Substation project.
