Magnum Ventures Limited — JV/Acquisition, 27-02-2026: Demerger

Magnum Ventures (MVL) is demerging its Paper Business into a new, separately listed entity, Magnum Paperz (MPL). This strategic move aims to create focused businesses: MVL will retain its Hotel Business, while MPL concentrates on paper manufacturing. The goal is to unlock value, enable independent growth, and optimize capital structures for both entities. For every 10 MVL shares held, investors will receive 2 new MPL shares, and MVL's existing equity shares will be reduced by 70%. The Paper Business contributed approximately Rs 296.57 Cr, or 75% of MVL's FY25 turnover. This separation offers greater strategic flexibility and improved resource mobilization.
