Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited has informed the Exchange that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company on February 27, 2026 have approved the appointment of Mr. Mohammed Tariq, Senior Vice President- EPC (Domestic- Execution) as a Senior Management Personnel ( SMP ) of the Company.
