Artefact Projects Ltd — Important, 27-02-2026: Company Update

Artefact Projects has been awarded a new project by the National Highways Authority of India. The company will provide Independent Engineer Services for the four-laning of the Nanasa to Pidgaon section of NH-47 in Madhya Pradesh, part of the Bharatmala Pariyojna. This project, awarded on a Hybrid Annuity Basis in association with Pioneer Infra Consultants and Neoteric Consultant, has a contracted fee of approximately 3.53 Cr (excluding GST) and a duration of 36 months. This award signals continued business growth and strengthens the company's order book in the infrastructure sector.
