Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems Ltd — Important, 27-02-2026: Company Update

The company's Board approved several key changes. Mr. Bhavin Patel was appointed as an Independent Director, while Mr. Girish Laxmanbhai Baldha resigned from the same role. The Board also approved proposals, pending shareholder approval, to shift the registered office and alter the object clause to include trading in edible oils, food grains, pulses, and spices. A Rights Issue up to Rs. 50 Crore was also approved to raise funds. Furthermore, the authorized share capital will be increased to Rs. 22 Crore, subject to shareholder consent. A committee has been formed to oversee the Rights Issue.
