The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Bhavin Patel as an Independent Director and accepted Mr. Girish Laxmanbhai Baldha's resignation. Key proposals, subject to shareholder approval, include shifting the registered office and significantly broadening the company's business scope to include trading in edible oils, food grains, and spices. To fund future growth, the Board also approved a Rights Issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 50 Crore to existing shareholders, forming a committee for its execution. The authorized share capital will also increase to Rs. 22 Crore, pending shareholder consent.
