VILAS board re-appointed Nilesh Patel as MD and Vipulkumar Patel as WTD for 5 years, pending shareholder nod. The company will also acquire 100% of Leelajit Foundation for Rs. 0.01 Cr, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary for CSR initiatives.
