Elpro International has acquired equity shares in Mynd Solutions Private Limited for ₹11.37 crore. Mynd Solutions operates Mlxchange, an RBI-licensed Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) platform. This platform enables MSMEs to discount invoices with banks and NBFCs, providing crucial working capital and supply chain finance. Mynd Solutions reported a total turnover of ₹104.70 crore for FY 2024-25, showing growth from ₹59.40 crore in FY 2023-24 and ₹33.10 crore in FY 2022-23. This strategic investment adds a fintech asset to Elpro's portfolio, tapping into India's growing digital finance and MSME support ecosystem.
