Sahana System Limited — Board Meeting, 28-02-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sahana System's board appointed Mr. Dipak Patel as Whole-Time Director and Mrs. Bhavika Somani as Independent Director. It approved a ₹15 Cr corporate guarantee for subsidiary Sahana Defence Ltd. and a shareholder agreement for capital infusion, which will lead to Sahana System's stake reducing to ~72%. Mrs. Hetal Kakadiya also resigned.
