Zinema Media & Entertainment announced plans to issue 1.93 Cr equity shares at Rs 10 each (total 19.30 Cr). The company also approved acquiring a 60% stake in Beontyme Technologies for 63 Cr via share swap. An EGM on March 28 will seek shareholder approvals.
