Kati Patang Lifestyle's Board has approved two strategic acquisitions. The company will acquire a 100% stake in Agnetta International, a premium imported wines and spirits trader, for Rs. 3.50 Cr through a share swap. This aims to diversify into a high-growth lifestyle market. Additionally, it will acquire the remaining 2% of Empyrean Spirits, known for the Kati Patang craft beer brand, for Rs. 0.97 Cr, also via a share swap. This move will make Empyrean Spirits a wholly-owned subsidiary, further expanding the company's beer manufacturing business. These acquisitions are set to enhance revenue streams and long-term shareholder value.
