Advait Energy Transitions Ltd — Important, 04-03-2026: Company Update

The company has allotted 5,630 equity shares to two Non-Promoter individuals following the partial conversion of warrants. These shares were issued at Rs. 1776 per share, including a premium, after the warrant holders paid the remaining consideration. This action increases the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs. 10.94 Cr, consisting of 1,09,43,011 equity shares. Separately, 5,630 warrants held by two other individuals were forfeited as they were not converted into equity shares within the stipulated 18-month exercise period.
