    Mufin Green Finance Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 04-03-2026: Allotment of Securities

    Mufin Green Finance has allotted 2.49 Cr equity shares to non-promoters & 76.53 lakh warrants to a promoter at Rs. 98 each via preferential issue. This brings in ~Rs 319.32 Cr, strengthening financials. Promoter holding will dilute to 46.59% post-warrant conversion.
