Uday Jewellery Industries Ltd — Important, 05-03-2026: Company Update

Uday Jewellery Industries' board has allotted 97.81 lakh (0.98 Cr) fully-paid equity shares, valued at INR 10 each, to eligible shareholders of Narbada Gems and Jewellery following their merger. This issuance is a key step in integrating the two companies. An additional 3,418 equity shares from fractional entitlements were allotted to a trustee for market sale and proceeds distribution. The company will seek listing for these new shares, which will be frozen until regulatory approval for trading.
