Concurrently, Ms. Richa Saraf has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, effective immediately. She will also assume the role of Compliance Officer for the company. Ms. Saraf is a Commerce graduate and an associate member of ICSI, bringing experience in corporate laws and compliance functions.
