SAMHI Hotels acquired a 70% stake in RARE India, an asset-light experiential leisure platform, for ~INR 47 Cr. RARE will affiliate with Marriott's Outdoor Collection, expanding SAMHI's portfolio to ~100 hotels and entering the leisure segment.
