UGRO Capital finalizes acquiring 100% of Datasigns Technologies (MyShubhLife) for INR 38.23 Cr entirely in cash, revised from INR 45 Cr. This avoids equity dilution and strengthens UGRO's embedded finance strategy. MyShubhLife already drives INR 1,720 Cr in loan disbursements for UGRO.
