UGRO Capital is finalizing its 100% acquisition of MyShubhLife, a key embedded finance platform with INR 1,720 Cr AUM. The consideration has been revised from INR 45 Cr (cash/share swap) to INR 38.23 Cr entirely in cash, avoiding equity dilution and optimizing capital allocation.
