Tata Consumer's Board approved Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as new Statutory Auditors for five years, starting after the 64th AGM (2027). Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP will continue until then. This follows the Audit Committee's input and needs shareholder approval.
