SG Finserve's creditworthiness received a boost from ICRA's latest rating action. Long-term bank facilities totaling Rs 1,144 Cr were assigned an AA(CE)(Stable) rating, with another Rs 700 Cr reaffirmed at the same level. New provisional AA(CE)(Stable) ratings were assigned to Rs 456 Cr in bank facilities and Rs 150 Cr in Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), which were also reaffirmed for the NCDs. A Rs 50 Cr NCD facility and a Rs 300 Cr term loan also saw their AA(CE)(Stable) ratings reaffirmed/assigned. Commercial paper of Rs 200 Cr was reaffirmed at A1+. These robust ratings, backed by a corporate guarantee, signal strong financial health and improved access to funding.
