Parshav Vatika LLP, alongside K8 Products LLP and Tidagela Ventures Private Limited, has launched an open offer to acquire up to 26% of Lykis Limited's voting share capital at ₹34.50 per share, totaling approximately ₹17.38 Crore. This follows their acquisition of a 67.17% stake from the existing promoter, making them Lykis's new promoters with a combined 93.17% holding. The public shareholding will decrease to 6.83%, which the acquirers are committed to restoring as applicable. They plan to expand Lykis's existing trading and distribution business. Investors should note the offer price is below the recent market price of ₹55.79.
