Genus Paper & Boards divested its 100% stake in subsidiary GPCL for 11.86 Cr. GPCL, which contributed 1.65% to revenue and 4.34% to net worth, was sold to the company's Promoter. GPCL is no longer a wholly-owned subsidiary.
