Alfavision Overseas India Ltd — Important, 06-03-2026: Company Update

Alfavision Overseas has entered into a term sheet with Della Resorts & Adventure Private Limited to develop an integrated hospitality, lifestyle, and adventure destination project. This initiative will span approximately 220 acres across the Company's land and promoter group entities in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. The project is envisioned to include luxury resorts, villas, wellness facilities, and an adventure park, with an indicative Gross Development Value exceeding INR 2,000 Crore. The Company and promoter group entities will collectively hold a 74% stake in the Special Purpose Vehicle for the hospitality component, aiming to unlock significant value from the land holdings.
