NYSSA CORPORATION LIMITED has appointed Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited as its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). This change means Purva Sharegistry will now manage all shareholder record-keeping, share transfers, and related services, replacing the previous RTA, MUFG Intime Private Limited. A tripartite agreement involving the company, the old RTA, and the new RTA is currently being processed to facilitate a smooth transition for shareholders.
