Nimbus Projects' material subsidiary, N.N. Financial Services Private Limited, received a favorable outcome in an income tax re-assessment case. An earlier order had added Rs. 26.60 Crore for Assessment Year 2013-14. Following a Delhi High Court directive, the Assessing Officer deemed the re-assessment proceedings invalid due to being beyond the limitation period. Consequently, the Rs. 26.60 Crore addition has been deleted, revising the assessed income to Nil. This resolution means there are no financial implications for the company or its subsidiary from this matter.
