Afloat Enterprises' board has reconstituted its Audit Committee and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee. Ms. Swati Jain stepped down from her chairman and member roles in these committees due to other engagements, though she continues as a director and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Kanwar Nitin Singh, an Independent Director, has been appointed as the new Chairman for both committees.
