LKP Finance's Board has allotted 6,14,46,600 fully paid-up bonus equity shares, each valued at Rs. 10. This allotment was made in a 4:1 ratio, meaning four new shares for every one existing share, to eligible members. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased significantly. Before the allotment, the capital stood at 1,53,61,650 shares (Rs. 15.36 Cr). Post-allotment, it is now 7,68,08,250 shares, valuing Rs. 76.81 Cr. This move rewards shareholders and expands the share base.
