Unitech International Ltd — Important, 09-03-2026: Company Update

Unitech International's 6th Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting addressed critical aspects of its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. The CoC approved an addendum in Form G with 100% voting rights, a step forward in the resolution proceedings. However, key agenda items concerning the appointment of legal counsel, a PCS firm for statutory and secretarial compliances, and the ratification of Resolution Professional expenses were all deferred to the next CoC meeting due to a lack of time. This deferral could impact the administrative and operational progress of the ongoing CIRP.
