    Devyani International Limited — Updates, 09-03-2026: General Updates

    Devyani International has acquired full ownership of Sky Gate Hospitality by purchasing an additional ~11.4% stake for Rs. 57.5 crore. The consideration was paid through a mix of Rs. 30 crore in preference shares and Rs. 27.5 crore cash.
