The newly formed subsidiary, with a paid-up capital of ₹0.15 Cr, aims to produce green energy from various waste sources, including biomass and agro-waste. Its operations will involve developing biomass plants and engaging in activities like social forestry and corporate farming for raw materials.

This move is expected to enhance Race Eco Chain's sustainable energy portfolio, allowing it to capitalize on government subsidies for biogas production and generate revenue through carbon credit schemes (CMD). The venture aligns with the parent company's eco-focused strategy, signaling growth in waste management and renewable energy solutions.
