Sayaji Hotels Ltd — Important, 09-03-2026: Company Update

Sayaji Hotels has entered a Hotel Management Agreement with Hotel KC Villas to manage and operate a 4-star hotel property. This new hotel, located in VPO Fagu (New Kufri), will feature 63 rooms, two banquet halls, two restaurants and a bar, a gym, and a spa. It will operate under the "Enrise" by Sayaji brand. The agreement is for an initial period of 10 years, expanding Sayaji Hotels' operational services and brand presence in new locations.
