Onix Solar Energy Limited's Rights Issue Committee has approved the allotment of 45,76,305 fully paid-up equity shares to eligible shareholders and renouncees. These shares, issued at Rs. 546 per share, concluded the Rights Issue which raised Rs. 250.00 Cr. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs. 20.49 Cr (2,04,93,885 shares) to Rs. 25.07 Cr (2,50,70,190 shares). This successful capital raise enhances the company's financial base.
