SVA India has increased its stake in Aussee Oats India Limited, an associate company engaged in import/export of oats and cereals. Through a Rights Issue, SVA India acquired 4,99,999 Class A Equity Shares at Rs. 10 each, totaling Rs. 0.50 Crore. This acquisition raises SVA India's holding in Aussee Oats from 49.99% to 66.66% of its equity share capital, making Aussee Oats India a subsidiary. This strategic move strengthens SVA India's control over its oat and cereal business interests.
