NCLT approved the dissolution of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Suburban Diagnostics. Its business operations were previously consolidated. Suburban accounted for INR 164.03 Cr in turnover and INR 126.62 Cr in net worth (7.37% and 7.05% respectively) in the last fiscal year.
