Shubhshree Biofuels Energy (SHUBHSHREE) has increased its stake in subsidiary Ruralgreen Energy Private Limited. The company acquired an additional 19% for Rs. 19,000, boosting its total holding to 70%. Ruralgreen, with an equity capital of Rs. 1 Lakh and a turnover of Rs. 29.89 Lakhs as of September 2025, operates in renewable energy. This strategic move strengthens Shubhshree's control and expands its core business in bio-gas and bio-CNG production, aligning with its green energy expansion plans.
