Devyani International has announced a board meeting approving the merger of wholly-owned subsidiaries Sky Gate, Blackvelvet, and Say Chefs. This move aims to boost synergies & cut costs. These units' combined FY25 turnover was ~Rs 300 Cr, complementing DIL's Rs 3349.33 Cr.
