    Bartronics India Limited — Important, 10-03-2026: Disclosure of material issue

    Avio Smart Market Stack (ASMS) has invested ₹1 Cr to acquire a 25.75% equity stake in Shree Naganarasimha Private Limited (SNN). SNN, incorporated in Dec 2022, operates in the manufacturing & trading of agro and food products, demonstrating strong growth with turnover increasing from ₹1.39 Cr in FY23 to ₹11.48 Cr in FY25. This strategic investment aims to achieve operational and financial synergies for ASMS. The acquisition, made at arm's length, has completed its first tranche.
