Anupam Finserv Limited witnessed an internal promoter group shareholding reallocation. DHRUMIL PRAVIN GALA acquired 92.65 lakh shares, representing 4.88% of the total voting capital. This was an inter-se transfer by gift from his grandfather, Nanji Gala, also a promoter group member. Consequently, DHRUMIL GALA's stake increased from 1.713% to 6.59%. The overall promoter group holding remains stable at 51.747%. This internal family restructuring does not alter the company's equity share capital, which stands at 18.98 Cr, nor does it affect overall promoter control.
