Paushak Limited issued a public notice about lost equity share certificates for a registered shareholder. The company is processing duplicate shares. Importantly, due to prior sub-division and bonus share issuances, the original certificates are invalid; corresponding new shares are held in an escrow demat account. The public is warned against trading these lost securities.
