ICRA has reaffirmed Bharat Forge's long-term credit rating at [ICRA] AA+ with a Stable outlook, and its short-term rating at [ICRA] A1+. This applies to various fund-based and non-fund-based facilities, unallocated limits, and the Issuer rating. Additionally, Rs. 125.0 Crore Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) also received a reaffirmed [ICRA] AA+ (Stable) rating.
