Protean eGov Technologies Limited — JV/Acquisition, 10-03-2026: Demerger

Protean eGov Technologies (PETL) received NCLT approval for a demerger. Its subsidiary, Protean Infosec Services (PISL), will transfer its Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Managed SOC Services businesses to PETL. PISL will retain its Security Architecture Review and Tech Services segments. The move aims to consolidate engineering capabilities, create long-term value, and streamline operations within the group. Since PISL is a wholly-owned subsidiary, no new shares will be issued to existing PETL shareholders. This simplifies the corporate structure, enhancing focus for investors.
