Kesar India Limited's wholly-owned Dubai subsidiary, Kesar Middle East – FZCO, has established a new step-down subsidiary, Oriole Trading FZ-LLC, in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This new entity, capitalized with AED 50,000, will focus on trading computer equipment and electronic devices. The incorporation aims to expand Kesar India's business. Oriole Trading FZ-LLC is 99% owned by the Dubai subsidiary and is yet to commence operations, marking a strategic step towards enhancing the company's international presence in the electronics sector.
