Shine Fashions' board approved allotting 1.24 lakh equity shares at Rs 207 each via warrant conversion, raising Rs 2.57 Cr. Additionally, 8.68 lakh bonus shares were released to the promoter (7:1 ratio). Paid-up capital increased from Rs 12.94 Cr to Rs 13.43 Cr.
