UFLEX Limited — PPTs, 11-03-2026: Investor Presentation
UFlex’s 9M FY26 revenue reached ₹11,415.7 Cr (+0.8% YoY), though Q3 revenue saw a 3.8% YoY dip to ₹3,632.9 Cr. Normalized EBITDA for 9M FY26 was ₹1,298.8 Cr (-9.6% YoY), with Q3 at ₹439.5 Cr (-16.1% YoY). Sales volumes declined in Q3, particularly in India (-9.1% YoY) and key international markets, due to softer demand, low-cost imports, and inventory destocking.
The company is strategically investing in high-growth areas like aseptic packaging and WPP bags to boost profitability. Its "Project Plastic Fix" continues to turn waste into wealth through significant recycling initiatives.
Recent developments include upcoming commissioning of aseptic packaging plants in Egypt (12 Bn packs/annum) and a WPP bag facility in Mexico (80 million bags) this fiscal year. Two new PCR PET chips and MLP recycling plants are also being set up in Noida.
Management anticipates a rebound in Q4 FY26 with gradual price recovery and improved utilization, buoyed by a supportive domestic economic outlook. These strategic investments are projected to drive future revenue, enhance profitability, and aid balance sheet deleveraging, fostering shareholder value.
