Craftsman Automation Limited — JV/Acquisition, 11-03-2026: Amalgamation/Merger

Craftsman Automation is streamlining its Aluminium Products business. Its subsidiaries DR Axion India (DRA), Suprash Developers, and Srikara Technologies will merge into Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions. This internal consolidation aims for a stronger balance sheet, unified asset ownership, and improved operational efficiency. FY25 turnover for DRA was 1,298.52 Cr and Sunbeam 1,237.46 Cr. DRA shareholders will receive 1 Sunbeam share for every 1 DRA share (post Sunbeam's share face value adjustment). This restructuring will not impact Craftsman Automation's main shareholding.
