    SILKY's Board appointed Mr. Ayush Garg & Mr. Kailash as new Independent Directors. Mr. Jay Kumar Shaw & Ms. Shweta Bansal resigned, leading to committee re-constitutions. The Board also approved Rs. 15.28 Lakh for Corporate Social Responsibility in FY25-26, to JMV Child Care Foundation.
