Balgopal Commercial Ltd — Important, 13-03-2026: Company Update

Balgopal Commercial's wholly-owned subsidiary, Dreamax Buildtech Private Limited, has entered into a Joint Development Agreement with Aakshya Ara Developers LLP for a real estate project. Dreamax Buildtech provides the land, while Aakshya Ara Developers will manage all planning, construction, marketing, and sales. The revenue and developed area from the project will be shared, with Dreamax Buildtech receiving 40%. Aakshya Ara Developers will also provide an interest-free security deposit of Rs 40 Crores. This partnership enables Balgopal Commercial to monetize its land asset and participate in real estate development with reduced operational risk.
