Winro Commercial India Ltd — Important, 13-03-2026: Company Update

Winro Commercial (India) Limited has agreed to make a payment for the first and final call on its 10,71,157 partly paid-up equity shares of Bharti Airtel Limited. The company is paying Rs. 401.25 per share, totaling Rs. 42.98 Cr. This payment will convert its partly paid shares into fully paid-up shares.
