    Lloyds Metals & Energy's Board approved allotting 1.76 Cr equity shares from warrant conversions, raising ₹847.55 Cr. Separately, its subsidiary will acquire up to 49% of Virtus Lloyds Minerals Holding (Cayman Is.) for up to USD 1 million to invest in DR Congo copper/cobalt assets.
